1/ The Controller processes personal data provided by the guest in connection with a booking, in particular name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, stay details (dates, number of guests, specific requests), and, where applicable, other data required by legal regulations, for example for the purpose of registering accommodated persons. To the extent necessary, payment data may also be processed via external payment service providers.
2/ Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the accommodation contract, managing reservations, communicating with guests, fulfilling legal obligations, and protecting the legitimate interests of the Controller, for example in the event of dispute resolution or debt recovery. The legal basis for processing is therefore the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of the Controller.
3/ Personal data are retained only for the period necessary, i.e. for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by legal regulations or necessary to protect the rights of the Controller.
4/ Personal data may be disclosed to third parties involved in the provision of services, in particular booking system providers (e.g. Smoobu), payment service providers (e.g. Stripe), or booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb). Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. In certain cases, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, always in compliance with applicable legislation and ensuring an adequate level of protection.
5/ The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing. They also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6/ The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7/ The website may use cookies for the purpose of ensuring proper functionality, analyzing traffic, and improving user experience. By using the website, the user agrees to the use of cookies.
